In consolidation you then select one of the following five majors: Innovation- & Entrepreneurship; Marketing, Strategy & Leadership; Operations & Supply Chain Management; Finance & Accounting or Real Estate Management. All five management subjects are focused on the interface of engineering with business administration.
The management qualifications necessary for later professional practice such as human resources management or executive management are instructed under interdisciplinary qualifications.
Under the terms of a project study you will then deal with everyday problems in corporate operations and practice or with a current research project. The project study is intended in particular to bring together theory and practice. A project team normally comprises a group of two to maximum five students. Particular weighting is given to the intensive, performance-oriented cooperative work within the respective project team, supervised by at least one responsible Chair.
The TUM-WIN program is completed by a Master's thesis undertaken in close cooperation with the respectively responsible Chair of the Faculty. The subject of the Master's thesis very often arises from the project study.
