Masters in Management Rankings: Excellent Job Opportunities for TUM Graduates
The TUM School of Management’s “Master in Management and Technology” program has been awarded the 20th place in the QS Masters in Management Rankings 2020. Thus, the TUM School of Management continues to be among the top-ranked German business schools in this category – as the program had already ranked 20th in the worldwide university ranking in 2019.
In Germany, only the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (16th place) has received a higher score than the TUM School of Management. The Mannheim Business School is 25th and thereby Germany’s third-placed academic institution. Overall winner of the international ranking is the HEC Paris School of Management, just as it was in last year’s ranking – and it cooperates with the TUM School of Management.
Outstanding score for employability
The committee of the QS Masters in Management Rankings was particularly impressed by the “Employability” of the graduates: The TUM School of Management’s program achieved its highest rating of 83 out of 100 possible points in this category, followed by “Thought Leadership” (73.5 points) and “Diversity” among the students (70 points).
In the QS Masters in Management Rankings, universities and schools are assessed on the basis of five criteria: employability, alumni outcomes, value for money, thought leadership and class & faculty diversity. The worldwide ranking makes it easier for graduates to find business schools that offer the best career opportunities.
