Open slots in EEC Executive Trainings in September available

The two executive Training seminars “Change Management” and “Leadership & Communication in Modern Day Organizations” offered by the Executive Education Center (EEC) of TUM School of Management, are looking forward to welcome their participants in September. For both seminars, some last slots are still available.

The EEC combines TUM School of Management’s further education activities and offers first class executive education and a variety of certificate programs ranging from private equity to employer branding.

Both seminars are seeking to help executives and decision makers in small, medium and large companies, as well as self-employed to further deepen their knowledge in the respective fields and further enable them to communicate in, and adapt to a fast changing work environment and modern day organizations.

The seminar “Leadership & Communication” is an expert seminar with the aim of providing participants with the latest insights into this particular field via a combination of the newest information on leadership research and the most recent trends from practice. Due to the limited number of participants, the seminar is providing a good opportunity for intense discussions during which the newly gained knowledge can instantly be applied to case studies. Additionally, the participants can engage in a discussion on their own personal case during two so called Mastermind sessions and exchange views on possible solutions.

The seminar is organized in cooperation with GAULY ADVISORS and will feature Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe from TUM School of Management as well as practitioners from Hauck & Aufhäuser, Clariant, DB Regio and Osram. The seminar will take place from 19 to 20 September 2017 at Castle Schwarzenstein, Rheingau.

The second seminar, “Change Management”, specifically attends to the issues raised for decision makers by digitization, growing automation and changing customer orientation, and aims to show ways of dealing with this interconnected areas of conflicts. This will be done by a combination of well-grounded theory and best-case studies, supported by intensive group work. In addition, participants will be given the possibility to present their personal case and exchange views on their current issue.

The seminar is organized in cooperation with Point B and features speakers from Limango, Siemens and Aareal Bank, as well as Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus from TUM School of Management. The seminar will take place from 26 to 27 September 2017, also at Castle Schwarzenstein.
