Thinking Ahead
in Management

Evidence-based management knowledge meets industry expertise

In an ever-changing world, business leaders constantly face new challenges. To manage a business with responsibility, simply adapting to new developments is not sufficient. Continuous education is essential to stay successful and to drive innovation.

The Executive Education Center (EEC) of TUM School of Management combines the school’s further education activities. We aim to develop highly effective, innovative and responsible decision-makers who foster the transformation of organizations and society. Our large and diverse network with dedicated academic and non-academic cooperation partners ensures that industry know-how, academic expertise as well as international experiences are brought into our programs.

With enthusiasm for management and future-oriented technologies, we offer a comprehensive education program:

Accreditation

In 2015 our three Executive MBA programs received AMBA (Association of MBAs) accreditation

Digital Learning

Our portfolio is complemented by a variety of digital offers. While some contents are presented in MOOCs and blended learning courses, particularly in the area of Quality Management, we also support and work on new methods of learning. In early 2018, we started implementing our Digital Coach Emma who supports participants in achieving set learning goals in their daily lives as leaders.
