TUM Startup Feierabend Insights: Talentry
The next edition of the TUM Start-up Feierabend Insights series will take place on November 29. This month’s speaker is Carl Hoffmann, a TUM School of Management Alumnus and founder of the software company Talentry. Mr. Hoffmann will offer a glimpse into some of the most important experiences and lessons of his life as a start-up founder and CEO. Guests can expect advice about recognizing and overcoming challenges that founders face, and tips on how to pass your experience on to others.
Mr. Hoffmann founded Talentry in 2012 together with two more TUM School of Management alumni, Michael Blazek and Lionel von Dobeneck. This three-man team has built their Munich-based company into a market leader providing recruiting solutions through the power of the cloud. Their products “Talentry Jobs” and “Talentry Stories” help companies leverage the social networks of employees to communicate their corporate culture and job opportunities to new talent pools. The TUM Startup Feierabend Insights series is organized by the TUM Management Alumni e.V. together with TUMentrepreneurship. These after-work evening events encourage start-up founders to open up their business to guests for the evening. In a relaxed atmosphere, guests are able to experience the company first hand and founders can share their view of the Munich start-up scene. The November edition will begin at 5 p.m. on November 29.
